  - Add breakable props to round corner room

- Replace spiral stairway bottom guards with new props wip

• - Replace spiral stairway bottom guards with new props
  - Swap black plaster texture in areas
  - Remove one vphys clip in T vents
  - Add vphys clip to T door in lobby
