More textdata optimization wip Compile 17

• More textdata optimization
  Swapped stock textures to custom ones
  Unified ceiling tiles
  Replaced missing materials with new ones on faces, after removal of assets
  Added soundfoam on auditorium ceiling (This needs model optimization!)
  And other Misc changes
